Chiara Molla
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Chiara Molla (she/her) is a trauma therapist who provides a respectful, compassionate, and judgment-free space for individuals seeking support with anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma (C-PTSD), and life transitions. Her work is grounded in helping clients feel safer in their bodies, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change that aligns with their values.
Chiara is a certified trauma specialist and EMDR-certified therapist, offering EMDR therapy to help clients process traumatic experiences, reduce distressing symptoms, and move toward lasting healing. She takes a nervous-system-informed approach to therapy, supporting clients in regulating the nervous system, restoring a sense of internal safety, and developing healthier patterns in relationships, self-esteem, and daily life.

Her primary modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also integrates somatic psychotherapy and inner child work to help clients reconnect with their bodies, understand emotional triggers, and heal the deeper roots of trauma. Chiara’s therapy style is collaborative, culturally attuned, and focused on empowering clients to live with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
Outside of her clinical work, Chiara grew up across three countries and twelve cities between the United States, Germany, and Peru, and she earned her yoga teacher certification (E-RYT 200) in Goa, India. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her kids.
