Chelsea, McClellan
ADHD Coach, M.S.
Hi, I’m Chelsea McClellan, an ADHD Life Coach who helps individuals with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) build practical systems that actually work in real life. I specialize in proven behavioral interventions, executive functioning support, and structured strategies that help you follow through with what matters, even when motivation, focus, or overwhelm get in the way.

My approach is individualized and tailored to your specific goals, challenges, and lifestyle. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-informed coaching to help you clarify what’s important to you, identify the patterns and barriers holding you back, and implement mental and behavioral strategies that are evidence-based and sustainable. Together, we focus on building skills for time management, organization, prioritizing, task initiation, emotional regulation, and consistency.
I’m a highly empathetic coach who incorporates mindfulness, stress-relief tools, and self-compassion practices to increase self-awareness and help you navigate challenges with more resilience and confidence. Coaching with me isn’t about forcing you into rigid routines or “fixing” you — it’s about creating supportive systems that honor how your brain works while helping you move forward with more clarity and momentum.

With over 10 years of experience in life and career coaching, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through personal growth, burnout, transitions, and the day-to-day struggles that can come with ADHD. My goal is to help you create mindful, meaningful change so you can feel more connected to yourself, re-ignite your passion for life, and build a life that feels aligned and manageable.

I hope to be a positive, motivating part of your journey.
