Hi, my name is Chelsea McClellan and I am a Life Coach that specializes in proven behavioral interventions as well as mindfulness bases practices while offering a warm, inviting, and judgement free environment to help you identify the barriers that might be holding you back or leave you feeling lost.
My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Put simply, I utilize intervention techniques that not only help you identify your stuck points but also challenge and change unhelpful behaviors that are holding you back.
I incorporate mindfulness and stress relieving strategies to increase self-awareness and tackle whatever challenges you’re facing while cultivating self-compassion and resilience.
I have a deep passion for helping others and my experience life and career coaching over the past ten years have afforded me the chance to learn and grow both personally and professionally to better help others.
